By inviting the G-SERVER bot to your Discord server or using our dashboard, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please remove the bot from your server and discontinue use of our services.

2Description of Service

G-SERVER provides automated Discord server setup, template management, server monitoring, and advanced bot configurations. Certain premium features require a paid subscription.

3User Conduct and Abuse

You agree not to use G-SERVER to:

• Violate any applicable laws or Discord's Terms of Service.
• Spam, raid, or maliciously modify Discord servers.
• Exploit bugs or attempt to bypass premium feature restrictions.

We reserve the right to ban users or servers from using our services at any time for violating these rules.

4Purchases and Refunds

All purchases are processed securely. Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are generally not provided once a premium service has been activated, except at our sole discretion or where required by law.

5Limitation of Liability

G-SERVER is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages or losses to your Discord server, including but not limited to accidental channel deletions or permission changes caused by improper setup.

6Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of G-SERVER after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
